Denson & Associates' greatest challenge as an organization is
to educate our clients on our system and our level of professionalism. Unlike others
with whom you may have worked, we don't ship you resumes--we provide an all-encompassing
recruiting and placement service. We are your recruiting consultants. We
proactively screen candidates and eagerly accept the responsibility of helping our clients
throughout the entire hiring process.
In order for our relationship to prosper, it is necessary for our clients to view us as
partners and to trust our level of expertise in recruiting and placement. The items
listed below are some of the things that you as a client can do to help our business
relationship reach its maximum potential:
- First, tell us about your position and your company. Provide us with
the parameters of the job, helping us to understand exactly what type of candidate is
being sought, and furnish us with information on your working environment that would be
attractive to potential candidates
- Leverage our expertise. We have the candidate network, we know the
job market, and we will do the candidate screening for you. One of the chief
advantages of working with us is to save you time. If we send you paperwork on
a candidate, that means the candidate is interested in your position and company,
motivated to seriously consider a change in employment, realistic about what to expect in
the way of an offer, and, to the extent we can judge, qualified for your position.
- Trust our process. Our work is not done when we confirm the
interview date and time with your candidates. We will debrief both parties following
interviews, and we will assist in the negotiation phase in order to minimize the chance of
rejection on either side.
- Respond quickly. Whether setting up an interview or making an
offer, the level of candidates with whom we work will require a timely response.
They are generally in the market for only a short time, and your swift feedback reassures
candidates of your strong interest in their resumes and their interviews.
- Keep us informed. If you fill, postpone, or cancel the opening, or
if the specifications of your requirements change, please let us know immediately.
Naturally it is costly for us to continue contacting candidates on your behalf if there
is no position suitable for them. This communication helps us control our risk and
keep your fees low.
As our relationship grows, the client will become more familiar with Denson &
Associates' practices as we will become more familiar with their business structure.
This relationship is truly a partnership, a team effort. We can help the
client's company achieve tremendous success and their business can help Denson &
Associates grow and prosper.
