Our Internal Process

Prior to accepting a search, Denson & Associates will conduct a risk assessment to determine the likelihood of the successful conclusion of the proposed search.  This assessment explores the validity of the position, i.e., the willingness and commitment of the client to fill the position.  Once we accept an assignment, we will work that assignment until completed.

Sourcing and screening of potential candidates is conducted using our extensive network of contacts within the industry.  Investigation of the candidates includes, but is not limited to:  verification of prospective candidates' goals and objectives to ensure commonality with the position, a brief biography providing additional insight into the candidate, information from references and other means to establish his or her performance characteristics, and a needs assessment to ensure compatibility of financial, career,  and personal requirements.  Once the short list of candidates is prepared, submittals (including resumes and a summary of our investigations) are forwarded to the client.   We will also take an active role as advisor and counsel throughout the interview, offer, and closure phases of the search to maximize your results.
